A native of northeast Ohio, Jennifer Koach came to Liberty Hall in 2008 from Hillsborough, North Carolina, where she was executive director of the Orange County Historical Museum for nearly four years.  Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Public History from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s in History from the University of Richmond in Virginia.  She has experience at several historic sites, working in education, events, exhibit development, and collections management.  After managing a museum, Jennifer is excited to be focusing her attention on education and programs at Liberty Hall.

Visitors to Liberty Hall Historic Site may recognize Jennifer as "Margaretta Mason Brown," the matriarch of Liberty Hall, whom she portrays at Liberty Hall events and for school groups.  Jennifer also serves as the editor of The Gazette newsletter and the web mistress for libertyhall.org.
