| Description |
Cherry cradle. Constructed using mortise and tenon technique and pins. Has four corner posts that are ring and vase turned with acorn finials. Cradle has top and bottom rail. Rails are separated by turned bobbins with ring turned ends. There are 12 bobbins on each side and 6 on each end. One side has brass hinges and latches and folds down. Cradle has ring turned legs at the bottom of which are rockers. Plywood has been inserted in bottom of cradle. |
