Description: Silver plate casserole. Casserole is round and has conical lid. Lid is decorated with wheat and leaves and has sheaf finial. Body is round and has separate ring around rim that is removable. Body has two applied handles and 4 applied feet. Marked "Meridian B. Co. Patented Feb. 9 1869"
