There are snakes around the boy's feet. The man appears to be standing on a hilltop overlooking a body of water. Below the picture is a title in three languages that reads "Belisaire Belisaurius Belizariusz". Directly under the picture in very small type are two inscriptions "Franz Gerard Pinxt"and "A. H. Payne S.C.". At the very bottom of the print is th inscription "Published for the proprietors by A.H. Payne Dresden & Leipzig".
