| Description |
Print of a drawing of a classical scene of a god in a chariot smiting a man. The god is driving the chariot and holds the reins in one hand and a thunderbolt in the other. He is driving four rearing white horses. At the feet of the horses is a man whose right arm is sprouting a tree, left arm is twisted and withered, and legs are turning into birds. Beneath the picture is the title. In small letters underneath the picture are three inscriptions, "Dessine par J. B. Wicar", "Grave a l'Eau-Forte por Bertaux", and "et Termine par Malapeau". |
