Description: Poplar box with sliding lid. Box is long and rectangular. Lid slides into slots in side panels. Lid has large oval opening in center. There is another small hole to one side of oval hole. Two other small holes have been started in lid but not drilled through. There is a decoration of five dots that resemble pips on a die.
